Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to be a software engineer so after completing my diploma in CSE, BCA in cloud & security was an amazing choice for my career. it's in online mode many of the time faculty got changed most of the time so, yes ratio of students is 100-200. most of the faculties have done Ph.D. till now I have not yet attended any type of exams, this is my 1st sem.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 41000 per year

Placement Experience

from 1 st semester only Amity provides placement drive it's up to you. you want to sit in placement or not. swingy, HP, Wipro, TCS, Paytm. highest is 8 lakhs per annum and avg is 5 lakhs per annum. above 60 percent without any type of backlog only students get placements. after completing my degree my plan is to get a placement from my college.

Fees and Financial Aid

1,24,000 is my total fee for 3 years of BCA. I don't have any idea of scholarships and financial assistance I am in 1st sem now after completing my 2 years only I can share my views on this job on campus selection.

Campus Life

I'm studying in online mode I don't have any idea about this, but Amity has invited us to 2 of the fest and orientations held on the campus. but, I have not attended any of the functions. There are some sports activities in the college and also extracurricular activities.

Admission

60 percent was the eligibility. the counselor helped me for filling the application form the application fee was 5000 which was refundable. after submitting 5000 my seat was confirmed. no, I don't want any type of improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk.
