Faculty to student ratio is good. We had a batch of 100 but now seats are increasing and there are 150 seats. But it is less than elsewhere in Punjab. So the Faculty-student ratio is good. The faculty are competent and well-qualified. The specialist professor also takes lectures. Practice working is also good. Exams are conducted yearly and it is a bit difficult but if you study you can crack the exam easily.

Internships basically occur in the same hospital under the university. For the person who wants to learn it is a great opportunity as you get to interact with the patient. Since the patient load is good you can develop enough clinical skills throughout the year.

The fee has been increased by PUNJAB GOVERNMENT. In our time he was 80000 per year which is now increased to 150000 per year +10% increment per year. If you belong to SC/ST category full scholarship is available. You can get an education loan. No jobs are available on campus. There is an internship available after completing MBBS.

They used to be a part of every year. The colleges are not good for the annual fest etc. There is really an event which occurs throughout hearing college has a library where journals are available books are available but not of the latest edition. Single rooms are providing the hostel. Rooms of appropriate size a table chair is given. You can get your AC installed but you have to pay electricity charge. Mess available in hostel if you want to join but the food is not so good in quality. No special registration process is required for hostel. The hostel is isolated from society it is outside of the town very much like a jungle area.
