Remarks
My college is the great college. i mean the teachers r so helpful and also caring i enjoy a lot . it is being few months i joined my college bt I love it. My college has a gymnasium with well-equipped machines . and it has the canteen where we friends spend our quality time either by discussions or by getting mad. eating and eating the whole day. Our teachers are good. we have Ncc camp there in every class we r given tiffin and yes, of course, it is healthy food. We have our college bus to deep our students to their respective places.
Entrance Preview
I filled in the college form online. After few weeks merit list of college was out online i saw my name . and was called for counselling. I have to just fill in some information in the admission form they gave and thats it. Yeah i am studying English honors . English is great subject i have been admiring from my childhood. I love to learn English and do grammar. I have that passion in myself to read English so i felt of making my career in that direction.
Course Curriculum Overview
Yeah the course is very good i love learning English. The most important Macbeth, the grammars, then Edward 2, Marlowe, Everything is just awesome along with rhetoric and prosody. No research initiatives have been taken far. But they give a course for spoken English with minimum amount of money which everyone can afford.
Internships Opportunities
yeah may be the college provide internship. because i have saw few guest teachers. May be provided with 25000 per month.
Placement Experience
in honors there is no placements bt still something they give i dont know correctly.
College Events
yeah our college celebrate department freshers , all freshers , our college culutural function , Annual sports day , and evry department has to obersrve a day like literacy Day , Independance day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
yeahh its affordable .and the admission fees for my subject was just 5500. along with my physical education dress .
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes college provide scholarship. No i did not avail any scholarship. Yes for poor students college help to give them loan even our college supports 45 families who were very poor and illiterate and were without any accommodation so our college provide them work to give them a chance to earn and live happily.
Campus Life
yes we get the opportunity to work to show our inner talents ., In handicrafts, drawing, singing, dancing, in sports, etc etc. our college has a great library where we read books and enjoy a lot . it has different books which gives us knowledge about every minute thing.
Hostel Facilities
Yeah hostel is also well maintained yes they r shared between two people. Food is awesome not much spicy but tasty and healthy. No college dont have PGs, Hostel fees for 1st year honors is 4400.
Alumni/Alumna
yes alumni interaction is good. yes they contribute to the overall development as well as students.
Exam Structure
It is a chill culture. We have our own smart class room for English department. I have been provided with AC, projectors, podium, a board etc etc.
Faculty
The standard of teaching is very high. we have 3 mam and 4 sir. They r the best teacher ever. Their interaction with us is friendly and they r very helpful too . they all have been qualified from well known colleges some from jadavpur university some from presidency .
