Great Experience! I am having great college days here and support from faculties is great. And all above reviews are given based on personal experience. So, I apologize for any contradictions.
Entrance Preview
I was influenced towards the machines since 15 years of age. So, after completion of 12th I wrote RPET (now REEP). Based on my ranking in counselling I was allotted this college. So, getting into this college is not so complicated nowadays, what you have to do is that just write JEE-MAIN and fill REEP counselling form. And on basis of ranking you will be allotted a college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course offered here is totally prescribed by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Since, I opted for Mechanical Engineering I am having a very great experience of R&D and practical learning regarding the automotive design and manufacturing. This college is encouraging regarding the project making and participation at national level engineering motor-sport events.
Internships Opportunities
The internship by the college is great. I completed my internship from M&M, FES Division. The stipend amount depends upon the company students joins. Some of my friends got 15 grands as stipend.
Placement Experience
Well the placement is quite good. The placement record is about 80-85%. The major companies that visit campus for recruitment are TCS, Infosys, TAFE, TATA AIG, Capegemini and manymore. The avergae package is 3.5 LPA.
College Events
The college organise around 5-6 different events in campus. Namely, THAR, Zaphier, Auto-Ignition, Shraddanjali, etc. The events are fab. The participation and attendance during events is really eye catching.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee is affordable. I am paying 35 grands for each semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship here is not given by college but you can apply for scholarship from college to your respective state governments. Also college help to get loan from the banks you want. The major bank that is collaborated with college is ICICI Bank.
Campus Life
Too much opportunities. I am participating in national engineering Motorsport events through college team since my first year. There are almost 6-7 only motorsport events in which our college takes participate. And apart from these there lots of other events in which our college teams participate.
Hostel Facilities
I was not residing in hostel. But the hostel facilities are awesome. The rooms are quite comfortable and are available from Single room to sharing of Four persons. They also provide the access to library 24*7 and have amazing sporting arena. The gym is also there is hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes! We have a excellent alumni network. College organise an annual alumni meet in our college where alumni comes and share there experience with us.
Faculty
The faculties are outstanding as they are very interactive and knowledge sharing. They always inspires to do something new. Most of the faculties are having the Master degree of there respective subjects. Specially the faculty of ME also publish there research papers on regular basis at national level conferences.
