Likes

Way of teaching of the faculties. They are too liberal
Placement opportunities is quite good. Diksha organization has recruited a student for 33 LPA.
The food provided in canteen is good. It's tasty . Though the food is expensive it's good.

Dislikes

Fest conducted in the institution is not that satisfied.
Break intervals is too short. But lunch time is so far good
The infra of IT block is not too good. Even the restrooms is of bad quality.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is a developing field and many job opportunities are growing. The faculties are friendly. The study environment is good. The HOD of our dept is very liberal and the lectures thought by them are understandable. Many opportunities are given to us by them.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 62000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As our dept has newly arrived the fee is slightly high. Compared to other departments, our dept's fee is high. There are many scholarships available in our college. But the only limitation one student should gain only one scholarship. The job opportunities are of high rate. This year 2023 Diksha organization has recruited a student for 33 LPA.

Campus Life

The fest is of low rate. If our dept conducts any fest, we will be volunteering for it. Orelse no fest for us. The availability and infrastructure of the Library are good. The availability of competitions for sports and extracurricular activities is good enough. All information is updated in each group on WhatsApp.

Admission

I opt for the counselling process. The criteria for the counseling process is calculated by the (Physics/2) + (chemistry/2) + (maths) . My score was 189.2 out of 200 and my category is SC . Through that reservation, I got admission in Coimbatore institute of technology . The application form,fees and dates are updated in the institution website.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

We have plenty of placement opportunities starting from 6th semester. The noteable companies that visit the campus are Cognizant, Accenture, HCL, etc. IT company placements are better. The average package is 4.25 LPA.

Full time experience of Engineering

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Last year Closing rank cut off in TNEA was around 1300 for B E CSE Also this is the 2nd rank S tier College. Thriving at CIT
