I choose this course cause I want to pursue MBA in digital marketing and felt it a good option to choose B.Com as my base. The faculty at TIPS demonstrate exceptional qualifications and expertise in their respective fields. One aspect of the Faculty member's ability to effectively communicate and understand students' problems. They have a remarkable talent for breaking down intricate topics into understandable components. Their enthusiasm and passion for their subject are creating an inspiring and motivating environment. The exams were announced well in advance so that the students could be well prepared and were challenging but well aligned to the syllabus.

The companies that came to our college to provide opportunities to students were Car Dekho, Times of India, CNN News, and many as such. The highest stipend offered to a student was 15,000 and the lowest stipend opportunity was 13,000. Internship opportunities were offered in the second year to all the undergraduate courses.

The students become eligible for campus placements in the fifth semester. Many companies like Byjus, Decathlon, Wipro, and Gen pact visit the college for providing job opportunities. The highest package in the college is 8,00,000 and the lowest is 4,00,000. The percentage of students getting students is above 60 % for undergraduate courses. I plan to do MBA in digital marketing after gaining work experience for 1 or 2 years.

The fees at the start of the academic year were around 1 lakh ten thousand but after inspection, it got increased, this was during the end of the semester. I felt that the increase in fees was well communicated to the students and the college allowed payment through various modes as well. There was no rush around to pay the fees and it was made sure that all the queries of the students were addressed. The college was however requesting that the fess be paid within two weeks considering the fact that it also had a certain deadline. The updated fee structure as of now is 1,25,800. The college offers many internship opportunities ranging from 30,000-80,000.

The annual fest "Unmad" was done around December 2022. It took place in Delhi, Janakpuri. It hosted the band Zikr and the fest was well enjoyed by the students of the college and it was a well-organized event. The college was completely responsible for the cost of the event along with some sponsorship arranged by the PR team managed by the cultural committee of TIPS, Delhi. The college also organized Tech Fest in March at their own campus The library holds books for all the subjects and by different authors to meet the needs of students from all courses. Sports is another important factor in the college and there have been many events in the college as such for example recently sports day was organized and Tug of rope was organized. There are many clubs in the college such as the Rotaract club, and Literary Club.

The eligibility criteria are different for all the courses but for B.Com in particular the criteria is a student must have at least 50% in the Class 12 Examination. The application form is easily available on the IPU website. One improvement i would like will be that the process takes a very long time.
