Best college to join if you dont get admission in IIT's NIT's or BITs.

The course curriculum is really amazing and just outstanding. It's at par with IIT's and NIT's syllabi. Faculties are either really good, some are excellent while some are bad, and they won't even care to teach or make students understand the topic. 1 faculty teaches around 70 students. All the faculties are qualified with masters and honors in their branch, some are even dietitians and nations, the teaching method is a little boring to be honest, anyways you have to study on your own at the end. There are 3 exams in total, CAT 1, CAT 2, and FAT(the final exam for the semester). Every exam has around a 1-month gap, so you gotta be quick and keep all the syllabus completed. It is really easy to pass, but honestly, it purely depends on the faculty and how difficult he/she sets the paper. So connect with your seniors and get to know the best faculties who give easy papers

Microsoft, Amazon, PayPal, Deloitte, DeShawn, Philips, etc. come for internships, they take students under their supervision and teach them about their working principles and environment! After which if students excel, their placement is directly confirmed by the same internship companies.

4th year is the phase when students get eligible to join companies, internship eligibility starts from 2nd year. Around 3000-4000, companies visit the college, and around 80% of students get placed with above average package/CTC. The highest placement till now got is 1.2Cr and the average package is around 9lacs. Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, google, PayPal, etc visit our college for placements. I have a goal to get into Microsoft.

There are 5 fee categories in total. So depending on your VITEEE rank, you will get your branch and its category. Category 1 is around 2lacs, Category 2 is like 3lacs, category 3 is 4lacs, category 4 is 4.5lacs and Category 5 is around 5lacs. Study well and try to get a better rank so that you get a lower category for the best branch possible. I didn't get any scholarship, or financial assistance from college, as well I am currently a fresher, so no jobs yet.

Annual fest - Vibrance (around February/march month). Tech fest - TechnoVIT (around September/October month). We have the best library among all colleges, it looks like a 5-star hotel. Classrooms are average, but seats are comfortable, we get projectors, whiteboards, and green boards. We have step arrangement seating so the board is visible well. VIT is just rich with extracurricular activities and sports activities...just blindly join the college if you want the best college life ever?? Some clubs which students organized are lugvitc, ecellvitc, datasciencevitc, google development student club, Microsoft innovation club, etc. Students run this unofficial college app called VTOP. Mostly 98% of clubs and societies are run and led by students

You need to write the VITEEE exam, if you fall under the 40000 rank, you can get any computer science branch ranging from category 1 to category 5 fee structure. Eligibility for joining the college is to score 55% aggregate in PCM and 60% aggregate overall in Class 12th. You can find application details and admission processes on the official vit.ac.in the website. One improvement they can do is, they have to correct their ranking system in VITEEE. I have written well for the same, but I got a really bad rank, by god's grace got admission to my desired CSE branch for category 5.
