Remarks

My college was good and I had a great experience there but still it lacks some facilities. If it starts placements or internship it will be one of the best colleges in Agra. Also it should not give more preference to Christians as merit is what matters the most.

Entrance Preview

At my time the admission process was based on merit list by combining 10th and 12th marks but now the college has changed its pattern and give admission through their own entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The overall course structure is decided by the main Dr. BR Ambedkar University that the college follows. My subjects were computer science, Mathematics and statistics. Every year there are 3 papers of each subject and one extra exam of physical education in 1st year, Rashtra gaurav in 2nd year and Environmental science in 3rd year that you need to clear to qualify to the next year.

Internships Opportunities

No the college does not provide any internship. But it provided regular workshops for different subjects to give students a better understanding about what they will do in their future.

Placement Experience

0.5

There was no placement at all. As the college doesn't not provide any technical course and my course was also general I didn't face any placement or interview. But due to this students have to face many problems after graduation as they don't know what to do next and how to get placed. The college should try to help their students in this matter.

College Events

3

The college organised a variety of events and competitions. It organised youth festival in which every student has a equal and fair chance to showcase their talent apart from studies. In youth festival there are many competitions like singing, dancing, poetry, rangoli etc. College also organises general gathering on Republic Day. There were many events organised by their NSS group in which I was also a part.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the college is government based the fee structure is very feasible. The fees is literally so small. It is just inexpensive. No one need to think even twice before taking admission in this college if he/she does not have enough money as it also provides scholarships to the needy persons.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there is a scholarship. But this scholarship is provided by the University and not by the college.. The scholarship is provided to the students with weak financial condition after a defined procedure.

Campus Life

3.5

The campus life was pretty cool. We had a lots of fun, games and competitions. The labs were old but had all the required things. There was no discrimination on the basis of gender. But the college gives more preference to Christians than others. The college had Nss, Ncc air and army wings that helps students a lot to develop.

Hostel Facilities

2

I didn't stay in the hostel but some of my friends stayed there. The college has only girls hostel. The rooms are sharing and no girl is allowed to bunk classes or go anywhere without warden's permission. They are restricted to go anywhere after a fixed time and for tution or coaching their parents need to ask the warden. The mess is not very good but it was above average. No outsider is allowed in the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors were good. There is no ragging at all. There is no discrimination between juniors and seniors all are treated same and are told to give respect to each other. We got a great chance to meet alumni and work with our seniors through Nss

Exam Structure

There were internal exams of every subject that college conducted itself but their marks didn't affect the final results. Then there were the main exams conducted by the main university and the results were based only on that exams. The exams were conducted yearly and no hectic at all.

Admission

I procured the form from the college counter itself. Then the merit list came and then the interview happened. In the interview we were asked to choose 2 more subjects along with mathematics as I belonged to mathematics group. There were different seats allotted to different subjects. The higher merit students were given preference to chose their subjects first.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty was very nice having great knowledge . The teachers were understanding, friendly and very helpful. They guide us not only for their related subjects but also for our future. There were proper classes and attendance. We were free to ask any question to the teachers in their office and they were always ready to help us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me you should choose Brahmanand College but as I wanted more practicals then theory work but it is not like that here because you get more time to study and practicals were less .Exams' timings were sometimes morning, afternoon so you will have to manage yourself accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate the curriculum 4/5. Topics like programing and data structures are super relevant.it prepares us for tech roles, but could include more hands on projects and industry tools. More focus on emerging tech like Ai /ML would be awesome. Exams are semester wise and okay.areas for improvement: internships, coding challenges, and guest lectures from pros. Solid foundation overall !

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
