Well you got a lot course and depends how you can handle the course , over all nice environment to complete the course.

Entrance Preview

We had to clear an entrance exam conducted by molecular biology department, I just ended up by family friends word about the college , no interviews so far to join, just wanted to skip boring engineering life and here I am leading at this course.

Well course is excellent if you love pure science , practical aspects are brilliant , if you well with this course then you would end up as a researcher , you got a lot to learn as in electives to choose.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they do provide in certain conditions. Stipend depends on the work.

Well you don't have a placement cell, it's your CV which you got to submit to private institutions or persue higher educations..

A lot of programs takes place in cultural, sports, NCC etc. College is known for cultural activities.

Two types , scheme A it's government quota and fee will be around 10000rs. And as off scheme B it's self financed so it's gonna be around 45000rs.

As a day scholar. I have no personal experience with the college but I have my friends staying there which sounds not good with the quality nor food given. Though the fees is very less for Gm it's 7k per year and for sc/St it's free.

Yeah , it's been 100 years since this college is established, so there is a wide network of alumni.

Yeah , course involves a lot of work and pressure to handle , well if you succeed in it then you will probably end well settled.

Well faculty are not so qualified but as time passes they keep upgrading them self for better teaching . So standard of teaching keeps upgrading.

excellent in acedimics

Course Curriculum Overview:

1.I was very much intrested to be a scientist when i choose biochemistry because its one of excellent bioscience subject to pursue the carrier as good scientist and complete the phd in bio science field 2.I would say for further acedmic carriculum like to pursue phd and to complete bioscience related competative examination will be clear by just following acedimics but am not saying it will prepare for you to a real world . 3.teaching methods is excellent as i mentioned earlier but problem is they only stick to acedmics apart from that they didnt prepare for real world problem job getting moto that is problem 4.exams level of difficulty is mediatory not high or not low as of my knowledge but other say it very difficult exams nobody able to score more than 70%.

Food and nutrition articles in newspaper made me to take this course. As it had full scope in that time. Actually curriculum is very poor in preparing us for real world application. My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable
