- I want college to have dance department because I love dance, infrastructure is nice but it's not maintained properly The cleanliness is not good inside classes and bathroom are not very clean I want washroom to have the period pads for emergency
- There are not such placement in the college and I want the college to have Nice classroom activities to make teaching joyful.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose B.A. because of psychology I want to pursue it further. Our faculty is very big but student barely come to college, some classes have so many students that there is 2-3 teacher for the Same subject to teach in a different timeline. The teaching method of teachers is good, especially in the psychology department. The first sem was easy to pass not too hard.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college I study is a degree college so at first, you have to pay for admission in college than before each sem we have to fill out the form and pay the examination fee for each sem and I don't know about the fees hike policy I didn't apply for any scholarships and I am in my first year so there is no job.
Campus Life
There are functions like the farewell of seniors an English department fest and an NCC function and seminars and different functions, there was an English department function Last month in which speech, debate, poster making, and spot speeches you have to give. Books are available according to our syllabus but there are times when they are over and the books would be available in Hindi but not in English. There are very less amenities even if there are not used or it is damaged. We have NCC NSS I college our college conduct different tournament and we have yoga music. But we don't take part in it because we never know where to approach nor do they tell us what is happening. We have NSS which ensures different things in the college and maintains the cleanliness of the college the website.
Admission
The admission was given according to our 12th percentile. The first merit list was given by the college according to that the people who had names in the first merit list had admission first. I had to go to Kumaun University's website to check whether the application form of the college is open or not by clicking that I straight up went to the college website and filled the form out before our last date of submission according to the merit list then you also have to pay the fee of college admission. Then we had to go to college to submit the hard copy of the registration and different doc that are required then the teacher decide whether we should get admission or we have to wait because some documents are missing and if you will get the subject you applied for because the subject class gets booked. I applied for information technology but it was booked so I had to choose a different subject as my minor.
