AOT- The best private college.

I was admitted to the CSE branch as it is very popular and it is related to computer technologies. I scored somewhat 11000 and got a seat in that college. There is about a 35:65 ratio of girls over boys in this branch. This college has great faculty members they are very knowledgable as well as supportive in nature. There are 2 internal exams in every semester. If you study sincerely, you will get passes easily.

Many companies provide internship programs to students. Persistent System provides Martian Program and GEMS program. Cognizant ad KPIT provides in-office internships. Every student needs to do a final year project and some personal projects to get placed in diff companies.

The overall placements of our college are excellent. All the students of CSE, IT, and ECE branches got placed in several companies. Most people received more than 2 offers. TCS, Cognizant, KPIT, Persistent System, Value Momentum, Trianz, IBS, and many more. My roommate has received an offer of 18lpa from Lowe's India. The average package is about 4 lpa.

As it is located in West Bengal, so it is not as costly as others providing the same course. It has an affordable fee of about 4 lahks (exam fees are excluded). West Bengal government provides several scholarship programs. Many of my friends got an internship in his 3rd year. I have recieved 2 job offers from Cognizant and Persistent Systems. Many of my friends received several job offers aswell.

It has a lively life on campus. It has a great football and cricket ground, 1 basketball court, 1 badminton court, 1 volleyball court. There is greenery all over the campus. It has a big library located in A Block. Wifi facilities are there. Student Chapter is a social group for the students run by the students, which conducts several competitions. Arcadia is the annual fest which is organized by the college. This year Armaan Malick was called. You will receive a freshers' party as well. Overall you will enjoy campus life (more if you are a hosteller).

You need to allot your hostel rooms during the admission. The hostel rooms are doubly shared. Each room has a proper space. The hostel charge is about 15000 per semester and the mesh charge is about 3k. There are carroms, table tennis, television and common rooms in the hostel. There is wifi facility but not that good. Since there are only 3 routers on a floor which is shared by about 50 people. Ad it operates from Tuesday-Saturday from 7 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday Monday, the whole day. You can also choose several mesh-like Ashirwad, Mau Nirala, Tara Maa Apartment.

You can get admission here through WBJEE as well as JEE Mains. You need to score below 14000 in WEBJEE to get admitted to this college. Reservations are available for the students of WB only. You need to have more than 50% in Higher Secondary. The total intake has been increased to 180 in the CSE branch. The admission process is very smooth, the professor will provide a smooth admission experience. I have graduated from this college this year. My overall experience was great.
