Likes

Infrastructure and studies is good. One can enjoy overall with a mix of study and fun.
social life and various spots for even hostellers to feel like home with messes and food court.
Placement process is good and placement team is helpful in preparing one for interviews

Dislikes

fees are quite high and is not affordable for everyone all though scholarships can be of help
At times class schedule is hectic. and is difficult to manage.
there is internet connectivity issues in the college premises.

I opted for MBA due to my interest in marketing and I wanted to learn more about how marketing plays a role in businesses in a much deeper context for better understanding. Faculty are good and quite knowledgeable and they will help out with other things along with your academics. there are 4 semesters in which we have two exams in each semester one internal and one external exam.

I got an internship in Outlook publishing wherein I was part of sales and marketing teams. we were provided with targets and I completed all of them. various internships are provided for various specializations with many different roles suiting the specialization.

Placement Experience

placements are pretty good. there is a 100% percent chance of you getting placed, there are various panels for placement that help you in preparing for interviews and group discussion rounds. overall they prepare you to crack the interview and even help you get placed and even motivate you.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are quite high compared to other colleges but I feel it is worth the facilities provided. there are various scholarships and amity discounts if you are an amitian already there is 10% off on fees and according to your previous grades, you can also prevail 50% or 100% scholarships.

Campus Life

The campus life of amity is amazing there are many places for students to interact, eat, and enjoy the whole infrastructure with an amazing food court and playgrounds where you can enjoy sports. there are social groups for dance, music, sports, etc.

Admission

Eligibility of the course- 2 years, Application forms can be found on the official site of Amity University wherein you can select the course and you will move forward accordingly. There are two institutes that provide MBA in amity you can select one according to your choice and the fees differ accordingly. I completed from Amity Global Business school and fees for the same was around 800000 per annum. The admission process id pretty smooth so I won't recommend or suggest anything regarding the same.

Worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements of our college is good. Most of our seniors got placed in good organizations. Companies lying under fortune 500 also comes in our college for placement. And before internship each student have to go through a live project provided by the college which will help in deciding the specialization.

Placement Experience:

Students when they comes back from their summer internships, starts appearing for the internship interviews. The final interviews takes place months before the completion of the course. Companies like amul, delloit, amazon, meesho, flipkart comes in the campus for hiring. Many students get the PPO from their intership companies and they dont have to sit fot the final placements. the highest package offerd is 28LPA and the lowest rangese between 6 to 8 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed and rest opts for starting their own startups. After completing the cousre i want to place myself in a reputed company in a reputed designation, however through our curriculum i am also looking to start my own startup and work upon it simultaneously my job.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk.
