WE HAD A WBJEE EXAM. ACCORDING TO RANK AND CHOICES OF THE CANDIDATE THE COLLEGE , THAT COMES UNDER WBUT ( NOW MAKAUT) ,ARE ALLOTED . NO INTERVIEW WAS TAKEN BEFORE THE ADMISSION. EVERYONE OF DREAMS OF BECOMING AN ENGINEER SO IS ME.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is the best out of everything. Engineers without the practical knowledge is nothing. You must know every tools you are supposed to be working with . The machines you are going to use . I personally have a great experience with this college. We have many research works until now. We learn about new things which are totally different from pur course.
Internships Opportunities
Yes . It does. New machines and new stools were delight to work at. Got to do what we just read in books. Overall great experience. Around 10000 per head.
Placement Experience
Colleges are meant for placing their students. Our college is doing well in that too. Around 40% get placed. The situation of Mechanical and Civil Engineers in the college is below average. TCS , Wipro , Mahindra are some of prominent companies which visited the campus. Average package was 3.5 lakhs per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are not that high. It’s affordable for a middle class family. Total tution fees are around 85000 for a year . The mess and hostel charge is 54000 .
Faculty
Every faculty teaching us are very well qualified. They have a lot of experience as well as teaching skills . Their language is just perfect. Every other professor has M.tech degree with them. They are highly supportive. The HODs talks to us as if they are our friends.
