Course Curriculum Overview
I chose B.Com because after Xth I had taken Commerce in XII th. The faculty: student ratio was 35. The faculties were very well qualified, most of them were Doctorate and few were pursuing Ph.D. There were two types of exams. In a year there were 3 internal exams and 1 yearly exam.
Placement Experience
Final-year students were eligible for campus placement. Wipro, IBM, and CTS visited our campus. The highest package was Rs1.8 Lakhs pa and the average was Rs 1Lakh pa. 40 percent of the students were placed during my final year. After the B.Com I planned to do my Master's Degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees were fixed and there was no increase in fees during my tenure of study. I did not avail of any scholarship and neither got any financial assistance. I was selected by Wipro when it visited my campus. But did not join Wipro because I had planned for higher studies.
Campus Life
The annual fest was organized by the students and management every year. The library had enough books and journals. The classrooms were neat and clean, had enough space for students and it was airy and well-illuminated. Annual sports took place every February.
Admission
I got admitted to the B.Com course. The eligibility criteria were a minimum of 50 percent in Class XII. The admission form was given on the college campus. The application fee was very nominal. There was a normal written entrance exam followed by PI.
