Course Curriculum Overview

I have a special interest in communication engineering and want to become a communication engineer in the future. The teaching here is excellent and we can understand it easily. The faculties are always available for students, they are helpful. Exams are a bit difficult to pass.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 198000 per year

Internships Opportunities

AGS ethunus and many companies are present which gives us internships in our college. There are many projects like image processing and image verification in MATLAB which is very useful software provided by our college.

Placement Experience

There are high chances of getting a core job in this college and very helpful for us. The companies like TATA, Wipro, and many more will come to guide us. The highest package is 50 lakhs and the average is 10 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 198000. The fees are slightly high but reasonable when compared to other colleges. There are some scholarships in which we can get some free fee reimbursement and many more. Overall with decent fees, we can do it.

Campus Life

We have Vibrance and Technovit as major fests and remaining there are events every week. Vibrance is an annual fest, Technovit is the tech fest, the classrooms are smart and the teachers are very helpful to us. We can play whenever we want and boost our mental health. The library is huge with good stocks of books.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is very clean and can be used in any way. We have different kinds of mess types and each type has a different kind of menu in it there is a pg named tata homes near our college which is 10km from the hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

For eligibility for the course, we have to complete our intermediate or 12th previously and then can apply for the course. We can find the application form on their official website. We can know every single detail about the college and their fees and how to apply for the exam and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Admission process in VIT is as follows:- 1) write VITEEE exam cause vit doesn't considers jee scores. 2) you must have above 60 percent in boards and above or equal to 60 percent in PCM aggregate. 3)cutoffs, past papers, closing and opening ranks are not revealed si can't say much regarding that. 4) overall admission experience was decent...Read More

Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
