Remarks

The college maybe new in India but has a mark in The United Kingdom since the past 149 years serving the area. It is an amazing experience to deal with.

Entrance Preview

I landed up in R.I.C.S School of Built Environment because I thought it would boost my career opportunities. There was an interview process followed by written aptitude test. The course is related to my previous field of education.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course gives us immense options to pursue after the dedicated 2 years of learning. The amount of practical knowledge given to us is huge. There are no drawbacks of the course as far as i see it. We are taught various type of courses apart from our core courses. These subjects are as professional as business communication to as cool as foreign language. These subjects help us build our skills as professionals in the market.

Internships Opportunities

The college does provide internship opportunities but it totally depends on the students to crack it. It depends on company to company to provide a stipend or not.

Placement Experience

Being a new student in the course I have not gone through the placement process but the facts and statistics show that the placements opportunities are huge. The average salary according to the previous statistics is about 6 lakhs per annum.

College Events

The college organised its own event. The event is World Green Building week in which there are several competitions and events related to built environment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being a proper business school the fees structure seems quite affordable. The school follows semester system in which there are 4 semesters. The fees is divided into 4 parts starting from 2,15,000 to 2,26,000 for second year.

Exam Structure

The schedule of the course is slightly hectic but it is necessary since it a B-school. The classes start from 9:15 in the morning and goes on till 6:10 in the evening. But all in all the school is full of opportunities and allows us to avail different options in the market

Faculty

The faculties of the course are highly educated. Most of them are M.R.I.C.S approved which proves the their level of knowledge and skills. The facilities are very friendly and adopt innovative ways to make students learn and adapt.

Worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements of our college is good. Most of our seniors got placed in good organizations. Companies lying under fortune 500 also comes in our college for placement. And before internship each student have to go through a live project provided by the college which will help in deciding the specialization.

I Business Institute overview from the point of view of the student.

Placement Experience:

Students when they comes back from their summer internships, starts appearing for the internship interviews. The final interviews takes place months before the completion of the course. Companies like amul, delloit, amazon, meesho, flipkart comes in the campus for hiring. Many students get the PPO from their intership companies and they dont have to sit fot the final placements. the highest package offerd is 28LPA and the lowest rangese between 6 to 8 LPA. Almost 90 percent students get placed and rest opts for starting their own startups. After completing the cousre i want to place myself in a reputed company in a reputed designation, however through our curriculum i am also looking to start my own startup and work upon it simultaneously my job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because I like to interact with different people talk with then know about them. In marketing field it's very common which influence me to chhode this and I have taken finanace as 2nd specialization because I am from accounts background. A good college for PGDM

Placement Experience:

From the 4th trimester, students are eligible for placement. There are some major companies like HUL, HCl, Dabur, Toyato and they are offering a good ampount to the students like 11 LPA, 12 LPA and also they are coming for higher package like 18 LPA. College have 100% placement record.
