Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted for BE-Computer Science. There are 60 students in each section. Professors are very well educated and try to clear their doubts. There were a total of 3 internal assessment schedules in a semester which has 25% weightage to the final exam.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to be placed from the 6th semester. Multiple companies recruited students like Cognizant, TCS, LTI, Accenture, JP Morgan, Infosys, Tech-Mahindra, Wipro, HCL, IBM, etc. The highest package is 12LPA, the average is 3.5LPA, and the lowest is 2.6LPA. 95 percent of students from CSE and ISE branches have been placed. I have got ranked in LTI.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fees was very high for COMEDK students, whereas fees are comparatively very low for KCET students and it provides scholarship based on the marks obtained during the entrance exam. only KCEET students can avail the opportunity of scholarships.
Campus Life
The campus is good with all the amenities, fees are 1,70,000/-. Books are readily available online and offline. The classroom has got ample space and well-structured laboratories. There are many inter-college sports and extracurricular activities where students can enroll. There are CSE Clubs, Lions Clubs, and many such clubs which will help you to boost your extracurricular interest.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel was placed on the college campus and offers a study table, attached washroom, and bed. Students can also get a variety of south and north Indian food prepared by good chefs and most interesting the menu is selected by the students, quality, and hygiene of the food are perfect. Students can enroll in hostels with the admission department.
Admission
There are two ways where candidates can opt for this college: COMEDK - for non-Karnataka students, and KCET - for Karnataka students. The Eligibility - 60 percent in 10th and 12th, the Application can be obtained online or offline. The Fees for KCET and Comedk are as follows: KCET - 500/-, COMEDK - 1800/-. There is a vast difference in course fees for comedk and kcet students, it should be changed.
