It was fun

Studing in amity was very hectic as classes starts form 9 and ends at 5 and no gap between them and attendance was a very heavy burden over me and my friends.

I took CAT in which i scored around 72% but in amity you have to appear for their own exam and clear that after that GD and PI. The reason behind choosing amity was it was a premier institute in UP after IIM. choosing mba general was it gives me more area to expand in business field.

It covers whole area and every aspect of business world. More focus on practical knowledge rather that bookish knowledge.more business games and internship and more industry visits. and ambiance was very professional and teachers strictly follows professional regulation. and they have a unique online attendance system called amizone in which student can monitor his/her progress check results and even get study mateials

Many well known companies came for intership like berger eldelweiss mahindra coxs and kings and many more. some of them offer stipend some not those who didnt offer stipend gives us convenience pay

In my class around 35-36 students are there. and leaving 1-2 students all of them were placed in good companies like mahindra,pepsi, accenture, tommy hilfiger and many more. and none of the companies came for placements offer less than 3 lakhs per annum.

Many cultural events were celebrated in amity and many renowned people made appearance in those events like mahesh bhatt R.P. singh palash sen and many more.

It is not that much expensive than other MBA institutes other institutes charges around 5-6 lakhs per semester and amity lucknow campus charges only 2-3 lakh per semester.

They offered loan / scholarship facility with the merger of axis bank. they offer scholarship if student scores above 80% in his/her UG or Inter level. and this scholarship is continued for till student keep scoring above 80% in amity exams

In amity there are students every religion and every part of country. they maintain a normal 50-50 ratio of boys and girls. there are an annual fest of amity called as amiforia in which many celebrities participates. in amity there are always a guest lecture from an industry person

I didn't stay in hostels so i can not say much about it but from my friends i knows this for sure that hostel was good and mess food quality was excellent they even offer non hostelers to eat in mess with a mimimun charge of 20 rs and no quota over food q

Once a year a common allumi meet is organized by amity. seniors are very helpful and cooperative and amity maintains zero ragging ratios so there are very good junior senior interaction.

Exam structure was divided into 2 stages one is online internal mid sem multiple choice exams and other is external semester exams. and paper include one must case study and some business scenario questions

Very professional and very strict faculty was more than industry educated and well connected to industry. they explain every concept with the help of live examples and they have more than sufficient case studies to get students market ready.
