Fee is too high compare to other Delhi University colleges.
Somewhat toxic environment in Ramanujan College.

I opt for B.voc.( BANKING AND FINANCE) as it is a practical course with applications in real life. The faculty who come to teach us is too good, they are experts in their respective fields, and they are not college faculties but guest faculties.

Internships Opportunities

There are various internship opportunities in the college. Placement cells regularly post internship notices and offers. They post internship opportunities on a daily basis, but the only demerit is most of the internships are sales-oriented and the stipend is not fixed - performance based!!

There are good placement opportunities in college. They have a dedicated Placement cell for College students. But the only thing is that placement which comes to college are more inclined to sales and package for the same is not so good.

Fees and Financial Aid

The only demerit of B.voc( Banking and finance ) is its fee Structure, they charge too much, First year my fees were 25,000 then in the second year they raise it by 10% and it becomes 27500, and the financial assistance they provide is not so good we only got 3,000 back!!

Campus Life

The college provides various opportunities for extracurricular activities. There are various societies in college some of that is Shivranjani - The music society. DNA - the Western dance society. Finjan- The finance Society and so many different societies in different sectors.

Admission

At that time it was Merit Basis, but now you have to give CUET exam for admission I have given Dujat for BMS and got a pretty good rank but the general cut-off was high that's why I can't make it!! Thank you.

JESUS & MARY COLLEGE - AN UNDERRATED GEM

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 4th or 5th semester. Deloitte , Bain & company, PWC ,EY, Grant Thornton (for consulting services) offer the highest package to roles like analyst and accountant. Other companies such as ICICI Bank, Kotak securities , Inshorts , Urban company,HUL, Wipro,ITC hotels , Appollo Hospital etc. the highest package recorded in 2024 was 23.05 LPA and average package as 6 LPA . 85-90% of the eligible students get the placement, the data might vary as some students opt for 4th year for their research work. My plans after getting the degree lie in marketing or consulting field.

Placement Experience:

From the second year people are eligible for internships and placements. Our course and college offers very well placements as compared to other colleges in terms of the industry exposure. My plan is to do the 4- year course and then do a job for 1-2 years then start my own business while pursuing masters degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

I to be honest don't like my course much but it's not too bad also , it does allow you to have a practical exposure along side your studies. As the pressure of syllabus is not much. Teaching methods are not too good also but not bad too. The difficulty level is not much.

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered in my college from top companies such as accenture, godrej, etc. Placements range from 6-9 lpa on average. Highest package is around 12 lacs but i am not sure. My plans after this degree are doing masters from a good university or working for 2 years.

Placement Experience:

In 6th semester the students are eligible for The placement by the campus. 10-20 company visit each year. The highest package is 23 LPA ,and the average is 6.5 LPA. The placement are eligible for those who just passed the all the examination.

College life

This college isn't what I chose first of all. It's based on nta's allocation system in accordance to your cuet scores. The other colleges like srcc might outperform my College in terms of sheer placements and exposure to real world. No there's no rejection system under cuet. what happens at ramanujan college?
