The overall performance college is good with well experienced faculties,interactive sessions, time to time cultural and technical fests also good placements and internship opportunities are there,college is situated in very good place,greenery is there everywhere,this makes the college life more special.interactive sessions, hands on activities ,time to time fests,talent hunts and also good placement.The college is situated in very cool place in lap of nature also the infrastructure of college is awesome.

I got admitted to the college on basis of my comedk rank,i scored an acceptable rank in comedk and thus i landed up in this college in information science branch,also the branch i got admitted is my dream branch as i am interested in information technology,so it's a good opportunity for me to get in such a good college,other than comedk entrance other entrance exams like kcet is also accepted to take admission in the college...

The course curriculum is good ,the college follows the course as per the guidelines of visvesvraya technical university,belagavi also course is updated from time to time so that it could meet the industry expectations,faculties always focus on practical and interactive learning so that students can learn the subjects properly and perform well.

Internship opportunities are provided to students every year ,approx all the students gets internships every year an that too in good companies.Average stipend amount provided to students is in between 15,000-25,000 rupees per month.

Placement scenarios is good in the college,approx 80-85% students get placed every year with an average package ranging between 4.25 lakhs to 4.75 lakhs ,major companies visiting campus are tcs,ibm,infosys etc. however sony,dell,accenture also visits the campus this year highest package got by any student was 13.87 lakhs..

insignia,fiesta is there also time to time college organises cultural fests as well as technical fests..

The fee structure is not that affordable for comedk students, i have to fill fees approx 1 lakhs 70 thousands for my first year of engineering however for kcet students the fees ranges between 4 thousand to 60 thousands depending upon the category of the students as per kcet rules also management quota is there students have to fill 2 lakhs 50 thousands per year for that...

ye,scholarship and loans are provided as per central government and state government norms..

SDM college of engineering and technology is situated in Dharwad, Karnataka is a very good college with well-experienced faculties,

Hostel is pretty good,hostel rooms are provided on sharing basis ,hostel costs around 40 thousand per year including fooding charges..

Exam are taken in a semester wise pattern also there are three internal exams every semester

Faculties are well experienced , most of them are having masters degree also many of them are having p.h.d degree ,faculties believe in interactive and practical learning,also there are regular seminars and workshops in college to promote practical and interactive learning...
