Liked the College

The College authorities are extremely helpful regarding the admission process. They mention every little detail that is required for a student taking admitted to this college. I personally have a problem during the counselling process of WBJEE where due to some reason my documents were not getting through I could not understand the problem but I had already thought of joining this college so I approached the authorities regarding my problem and they helped me and fixed my problem in no time.

There are a total of four continuous assessments and two practical assessments. These are named as CA1, CA2, CA3, CA4, PCA1 and PCA2. There is one final practical examination and a semester examination at the end of the semester. The difficulty level of the exam completely depends on whether the students have a clear knowledge of the topics covered in the curriculum.

The students are very much encouraged to bring up new ideas. The students are free to do personal projects and the faculties help them. The students can use the resources of the college for any project. There is a Research and Development Cell that focuses on the project its ideals objectives and publication.

I personally want to gather experience by doing a job preferably in the core industry but IT sector jobs are fine too. It's just that one needs to have skills to get any job. The campus placements are good also one needs to go for out-campus placements. Both of them would give better chances and opportunities.

I got a scholarship of 50000 rupees from the government of India. There are many scholarships available to the students. The college authorities involve gets the students notified about every little detail that gets the particular scholarship the student wants to avail.

The College is very rich in doing extracurricular activities besides academics. There are several clubs that are run by the student body along with the faculties known as the General Council. There are Drama clubs, Dance Clubs, Music clubs, Anchoring clubs, Fine arts clubs, Photography clubs, etc.
