PES is majorly popular for CSE and ECE branches.720 CSE students and 360 ECE students.Yeah, competition is high but it gives you opportunity to learn new things.It gives exposure to many things.the faculty to student ratio is 1:24.the faculties are highly qualified with some of them done PHD.The teaching method is good.ppts,labs etc are very good.PES has internal and external exam ie ISA(in semister exam) ESA(end sem exam) isa is majorly just MCQs and is scoring whereas ESA is descriptive and a bit difficult as we to attempt all questions no choices are given.There will be 2 ESAs in a year,one in june-july and other in dec-jan

Many companies like zscaler ,google ,adobe, bosch,etc offer intership.they also have summer break internship which gives us the exposure and improves our practical analysis skills, some of the companies which offer internship will also offer job

The students are eligible for placement from 4th year onwards.many popular companies like Hewlett packard ,jp morgan ,adobe ,bosch ,cisco ,paypal ,etc have come.the highest for a student which i have heard was 1.5 cr per year.the average package is 11 lpa.the percentage of students getting placed is 75%.I want to work for ISRO. i will prepare for their exam

If you come via Kcet,the fee will be around 98000 a year and college will take 15000 in the name of exam fee and scholarship.PES gives you two types of scholarships namely MRD and CNR scholarships for which you have be in the top 20% of the class(top 20% of 720)

The annual fest of PES is called AATMATRISHA.it is conducted in the month of April every year.PES has 3 library ie MRD,F-block and BE block Library which have a lot of books realated to engineering and other subject.The classroom has comfortable benches and a Tv to show slides.A cricket tournament is played and other extra curricular activities.As far as i know Pes students have created a WhatsApp group which has 1500 members where every student talks to each other and shares information.they have some pages in Instagram also

I live in hostel.PES has many blocks for for students.i live in NBX block which is 3 sharing and has attached bathroom.everyone has a separate bed a separate study table,room is cleaned on alternative days.its worth 1.38 lakh(including mess, laundry fee).There are 3 messes and you can eat in any for a month.one of the mess is pure veg and other two make non veg on alternative days

I got seat in PES through K-CET.It is a common entrance test for getting a seat in engineering colleges majorly.PES also has its own entrance test from which you can get a seat.PES entrance exam which is called the PESSAT is conducted in the month of june every year.But the fee for admission through PESSAT is around 4 lakh.Since i came through kcet my fee is 1.12 lakh.My rank was 6461 in kcet.I got the seat in the third round of councelling with the help of two reservation.The first one being category (1-g) and the second one is Hyderabad Karnataka quota(which is given to the students who born and studied in Hyderabad Karnataka region)
