Very beautiful campus great for a walk and having fun
The location of college is at the heart of Nagpur it is quite enjoyable to live there
The faculties and the hostel Gaurd are very well spoken they talk like u r there own kid

Dislikes

They campus buildings are very old and specially the department buildings
The faculty are not able to teach properly I mean they are knowledgeable peoples but they are not able to teach properly
It is often costly to live in campus, they college doesn’t cover any extra cost apart from the fees .even for clg hoodies we have to pay extra

I got this course during th? counselling process it was dependent on the percentile I got In first year there were 112 students in a class for one teacher The experienced teachers teach great but newer are not able to teach good, and the teachers are well qualified Midsem exams and end sem exams and they are moderate to pass, depends on preparation

Fees and Financial Aid

The college is obviously funded by the government so if u are from ? economically weaker background there is a lot of scope for assistance. Many scholarships are there t? completely or partially find ur education. I might not be aware of all but my friends have definitely got great help from those.

Campus Life

Many feats such as Axis, Aarohi, freshers party and all are conducted. Quality of those are not that great but they are enjoyable. Books are available in library u need not to buy them also u can ask seniors for books they will help u. Classrooms are fully equipped with amenities with speaker , projector, Mike , ACs and all Sports is great and inter n?t sports are also conducted Prayass is a good social group which helps people.

Admission

You have to clear jee mains exams in order to apply to such colleges the cutoff was 89 percentile at my time. Jossa conducts the counciling you can apply there after all the exams are conducted Jossa should make more rounds for counselling

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

My Experience at VNIT Nagpur

I had Applied to Vit pune and I am getting Ai and DS there but my dream was to get an NIT so I dropped my decision and can to VNIT. I did not get any rejection from there I just rejected that college over NIT. The addmission process to get in at VNIT Nagpur is very simple you just have to go through JEE mains Exam and have to secuse atleast 96 percentile if you are an general candidate.
