- Hostel quality is not good for 1st, 2nd year.
- Mess food is not good at all and should improve.
- Some teachers have rude behaviour with students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I had a interest in cse and making websites like collegeduniya/swiggy or anything else. Faculty ratio is 1:10. there are less no. of professors than requires .So Phd Scholars also take our class. Most of them are good. There are two sem. in a year. Every sem has 3 exams- minor1, minor2, major with a gap of 1.5 month. we can give 7.5 rating to faculty
Internships Opportunities
TCS , Capgemini,Infosis offer MObile application developer,system engineer,Information Security analyst,Font-end and back end developer,Software engineer-3 etc.You have to suubmit projects im 4th year witn will help you in placements. I have not done my internship yet.Internship rating 7.5.

8th semster for campus placements. coompany visted-Amazon, Mahindra,TCS,ITC limited, Capgemini ,Amul,JSW tech. lmt., HCL technologies ,Wipro lmt etc. Highest pakage upto 26 laks and median is 4 lakh. 30% percent of student pursue higer studied after the degree
Fees and Financial Aid
fees are aroung 34500? per semister upto 4th year. mess fees are nearly 2800? per month. cost does not hike every year. A total cost of yor degree with living upto 4th years may be around 5 lakhs-6lakhs. Scholarship provided to SC/ST students named NSP.Ehere you get more than your requirement. and for gen. students you get fee weiver upto 50000?/year.(only 3 student every branch). Jobs provided after 4th year.And internship after 3rd year(stipend of 10000?/month).
Campus Life
theree are fopod fest,tech fest(Madhuram). There are a central library with more than 1 lakh books. Some classroooms are with A.C. Enough field for any sport-basketball,cricket,football etc. thereare coding club,hacker club,mabricks(mech.engg).Best off luck. My campus life rating 9.0
Hostel Facilities
no facilaties in room without a chair and bed and fan. mealtimimg from 8:30 am in breakfast.12:30 for lunch.7:30 for dinner. REgistration is done in BHS room. There are friend's PG (rest 3000?/month) Hostel rating 5.0
Admission
You have to crack jee mains atleast with 91 percentile(gen) to get computer science and engineering(81-85 for sc & 70 for st).Then you have to go for JoSAA or CSAB counselling. All the online admission process is done through counselling.And then you have to submit all the hard copies of you r educational quallifications with medical certificate. I think admission dead line for offline admission should increase1-2 week more as after online counselling it is hard to get train tickets. if you belong in sc/st catagories then you can get food engineering with 65-75 percentile. and mechanical for 71-78 percentile.there are no reservation for state students of punjab.
