Course Curriculum Overview

This course provides great career opportunities and it is a growing field in IT sectors. The faculty-student ratio is so far good it is 1:15 as per my knowledge. The qualification of the faculties is good everyone is a post-bachelor degree holder and few of them are Ph.D.s in their fields. The terms vary from 4-6 months per semester and it is moderately difficult to pass.

Placement Experience

3rd year students and 4th year students are eligible for campusing. wipro, cognizant, TCS and many more MNCs have made more than 3000 offers. The highest package is 27 lacs per annum offered to each branch student, the average is 3-4 lacs per annum offed by every company. 89% of students are placed. My plan is to grab a good package or start a startup.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are told when you get admission and one has to pay the fees after the semester and it varies between 50k to 60k. There are scholarships for above 80% marks scorer in 12th. As per the job availability on the campus, it is pretty well most of the reputed MNCs are recruiters in this college.

Campus Life

There is an annual fest NAVODAYA and an annual tech fest KRITANJ which happens from April to May. There are all kinds of study material in the library along with a couple of journals and a few reputed newspapers. All the classrooms have multiple fans in them and smart boards. Cricket, football, carrom, chess, table tennis, volleyball. There are all kinds of clubs available as per your choice.

Admission

A student has to appear WBJEE or JEE MAINS or simply should come from a science background to be eligible for the course. I was selected from the WBJEE exam counselling process. A rank within 35000 in wbjee is required to apply via wbjee. There are TFW reservations in this course. No improvements are required.

Narula Institute Of Technology Review as a first year.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The overall campus life and experience is good . Good infrastructure and very nice events.

I applied to scotting church and jis university also. I prefered this college as it is affordable with good reputation and is near my home . It is also affiliated with makaut university unlike the other colleges . The placement is 65%. The eligibility is not that hard to achieve. Minimum 75% in class 12 is enough. I achived 15000 rank in wbjee so according to my rank and location i choose this college. I visit some more colleges like techno india,brai ware univerty etc but at least all of my criteria matched in this college.
