- As the campus is far away from any city so you have to travel to long way in case of emergency
- The medical facilities is not that upto norch.You can cure you small sickness from the hospital which is available in campus but in serious case you have to go to hospital which is 20-30km from campus
Course Curriculum Overview
As I was a little bit interested in finance so I choose this course. There are mainly 2 term exams one is mid-term and the other one is an end-term exam but the professor also took 1-2 class tests in a semester. The exam difficulty mainly depends on the paper as some papers are easy to score and some you have to put in extra effort.
Internships Opportunities
Every student has to do a compulsory internship. For 5-year students, they have to do it after the 4th year and for 4-year students, they have to do it after the 3rd year. The company came here for every possible role like sde, data, consultant, finances, etc.
Placement Experience
For 5-year students, they sit for placement after their 9th semester and for 4-year students, it is after the 7th semester. The highest package goes this year was about 2.5 crore. The average package for the circuital branch is usually 25 lakhs and for other branches, it is approx 17-18 lakhs. Approx more than 90% of students got placed from those who sit for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition is 1 lakh and there are some extra fees also like examination fees, library fees and all which leads it to 1.2 lakh. There is also a different scholarship and fee Waiver scheme you have to pay 0 tuition fees if your family income is below 1 lakh and you got a 66% tuition fee for Waiver if your family income is below 5 lakh.
Campus Life
The annual culture fest is spring fest and the tech fest is Kshitij and is usually conducted in January. There is a huge collection of books in the library both digital and paperback. There is availability of almost every sport that is being played in India with a coach to train the student. There are a lot of societies like business clubs, chess clubs, break-free (i.e. dance society), and many more that you can think of.
Hostel Facilities
The room is usually is sharing in most of the halls in the first year then afterwards to get your single room. There is good speed wifi available in halls with Ethernet cable in each room. There is a basic things like tube lights and fans. Each wing has its own water cooler. The menu of mess is very diverse but the food quality is not that good not that bad. You allotted your hostel while doing admission registration in the college.
Admission
First, you have to give jee mains exam taken by nta then when you qualify for that exam you are requested to register for jee advance exam. After you qualify to jee advance then there is a seat allocation process for different iit, nit, iiit, and gifts and you have to fill in the preference. And after the seat allocation process is completed you have to visit the respective iit, nit or other college which you got through this process and do the steps according to that college in according to their admission process.
