Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I was really interested in this field. I want to dig deeper into this field after graduation too. Faculties here are also very helpful and knowledgeable. They help you with every problem.

Class Size: 550Course Fees: INR 13500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is very nominal. Everyone can study here. People from poor backgrounds can also study here with reservation. There is a very minimal or no fee hike here. Some online companies visit too for placement and after graduation path is good too.

Campus Life

Various programs are held here every year. Holi Diwali Christmas and various other festivals are celebrated at a grand level too. various sports facilities are available too. There is a smart board in every class too

Admission

One should have completed his/her class 12 and the aggregate percentage should be above 75 percent. The application can be found from the official website dspmu which should be further submitted to the college. There are various reservation policies too.

Initially, I chose English Honours because I thought it would be a very easy subject. However, once I took admission and started studying it, I realized how deep and theoretical it is. When I read about the poets, their life stories, and the era they lived in, I became deeply fascinated. My interest in the subject kept growing, and that is why I chose this field."My English and vocabulary have also become much stronger after taking English Honours. Placement Experience:

The placement oppourtunity is very low as only rare companies visits our college and tgey select only few students and gives tgem the opportunity to work with them due to which maximum students faces employment difficulty. The rate of placement is only upto 20-30% .

I has a vision to study English from the very beginning. I wanted to study English since i was good at English and also the most important thing was me being an isce student upto class 12 which inculcated a strong English base in me English as a subject is very vast. As the world is heading towards modernisation English has become a very important thing. Gossner college has good English professors and also i heard a lot from most of my seniors that gossner college has best English faculty. The frequency of exam is 2 exams per semester where the portion tought in the syllabus is asked and it's not very easy and not very tough too
