Remarks

There are mixed remarks. I don't want to highlight any. The college experience was pretty good. My expectations are matched and that what i want.

Course Curriculum Overview

It as i already said is a good course as it deals with software and programming.The college has good practical labs infrastructure equipped with all the required instruments.

Internships Opportunities

Yes the college provides internship. Since i am a first year student i do not know more about it.

Placement Experience

Placement is very good in gne. Some of the good companies like Infosys, accenture, Shaporji etc place students in bulk.The placement rate is higher than 50% which is gud as compared to other engineering colleges

College Events

All the technical cultural and managerial fests are well organized as the college has number of societies which organised bulk of events. They are quite big. Always new events with big ideas are entertained.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As the college says it is a government college. But the fees is pretty high. It was 55000 for 1st semester. It is not affordable for a middle class family as it comes to nearly 4-4.2 lacs for 4 years which is quite high for a government college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college provides number of scholarships. I didn't get any. Yes the college also helps in getting loan. I don't know about it as i have not availed to any loan.

Campus Life

College is very good in extracurricular activities. Yes you will get ample of opportunities to explore your inner talent.it will help you in overcoming your stage fear, confidence and lots more.

Hostel Facilities

I am not a hostel resident bit according to my friends hostel rooms are good and the food is also good. No they do not have pg's

Exam Structure

No the exams are very frequent. We have to give 3 sessionals along with finals in one semester.

Faculty

It has quite good team of professors and assistant professors. The teachers here are quite interactive.although new teachers lacks experience but the old ones compensates for them.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

As this college was nearest to my home . It is. Also one the most popular college in Punjab. It is most affordable college . I didn't applied to any other college . The admission here was from 2 rounds of open counseling and I got admission in 2 nd round. The cutoff for my course was about 85%. There was no such exam as entrance exam .
