Great teaching staff

The college is good since the staff is very friendly and supportive. I don't know about other branches but the staff of computer science is very friendly and supportive.

My admission was based on my CET score and it was not online. I took admission by applying directly to the college. There was no interview process. I am good with computers and started designing websites when I was in 10th std.

My course is not what a student will accept before taking it. Practical knowledge is sparse and totally based on theoretical knowledge. If you are more in the practical, then engineering will surely be hard to you. The first year is the hardest if you are from the above-mentioned category. The first year consists of a mixture of all subjects in which majority of students get failed and most of them get dropped by a year.Bsc is far better since engineering is over-rated.

I have some friends in the senior year and very few have been placed for internship and most of them are from computer field. I don't think the scenario will be good since most of the students are not included.

I have heard that the placement is pretty less. Not many companies visit our colleges if you are from mechanical engineering or another field. But the scenario is different if you are from computer engineering. even from the different field are placed in IT companies. Most of the companies are MNC's.

Every college in Mumbai university has same events. Technical fest, college fest, annual days, cultural fest are some of them. Sports is also very privileged in our college. The whole month of January is dedicated to sports and prize is distributed on 26th January.

Fees is pretty less if you compare it with different colleges since the infrastructure is not up to the mark. You get scholarship if you are from EBC or caste. This helps students alot. Even the fees for open is also pretty less. My this year fee is 76,510 RS (Open) which is comparatively less from other colleges.

Hostels are new in the college and I have heard from some of my friends that the rooms are good and affordable and the choice of the room is totally dependent on the student and what he can afford.

Most of the alumni of my college are working in MNC's. The alumni are not at all interested and the staff is also not interested to work with them.

Yes, most of your time will be wasted doing nothing. The culture is chilled since you get time with your friends wherever you are.

The faculty is mixed with experienced staff and professors with no interest in the subject. However, once you are in, you will somehow manage it.
