Top college in IP

The college is good in terms of studies, placement, staff members. The fact I don't like is the college's infrastructure is not modern and there is no lift in many blocks.

GGSIPU conducts entrance examinations common to all is colleges. The college has good location with great teachers. I had interest in computers so I opted for computer science branch.

The course is good. There is requirement of computer science in every industry. The college emphasis on practical learning by providing a lab almost everyday.

Internship isn't provided by college. The students have to search for internship opportunities in their own. Internship is compulsory for job placement.

The placement is good at this college. Mass recruiters are Infosys and Accenture. Other companies like Global Logics,Ion trading,Amazon also come. The mass recruiters provide package of Rs.3.5-4 lakhs. Some companies provide package of even 12 lakhs.

The college has Volley ball matches for 2 days , sports meet in odd sems. The college also has a fest in the month of March. The cultural programs are good but not like Delhi University.

The fees is not too cheaper and not too expensive. It has fees about Rs.115000 per annum. There is also a playground to play sports.

The college doesn't provide scholarship . Loan can be taken through banks but I didnt take it.

The college has few things for extra curricular. One had to find his ways to get something.

I am residing in the hostel. There are single, double and four sharing rooms which are all expensive. The single room costs about Rs.125000 , double sharing Rs.120000 and four sharing Rs.115000 .

The culture here is quite chill. One enjoys being in the lab.

The faculty is greatly qualified and they try their best to complete courses on time. They help whenever you land in a problem. The teaching is done in blackboard and there are about 4 lectures of 1 hr and 1 lab of 3 hrs everyday.
