Good college to study.

Overall there is good experience and we can learn many things in this college. Faculties, seniors and all other person are friendly here. In this place we get to explore yourself more.

To get into this college we can come either from iit-jee entrance or wbjee entrance. I land upto this college from my wbjee rank after counselling for wbjee entrance. I wanted to study either computer or software. So i got software engineering here.

The course i choose is quite good. The ratio of practical to the theoretical learning is 35:65. In final year i.e 4th year we are given a project which we have to complete in a year and we are also given allowance to chose our mentor accordingly to guide us throughout our project.

No college did not provide any internship directly. But sometimes some companies selecting procedure is that students have to take internship for some months in their company after that we can join their company. The average stipend amount get during this internship is about ₹15k.

Till year 2016 the placement scenario was good. But from last 2 years the placement percentage has been fallen a bit. This year the placements have just started and only a few students have got placed so till now its not possible to tell the exact percentage but earlier it was approx 70%. Some of the companies visited were TCS, virtusa polaris, capegemini, etc. I don't have idea about average package.

Fee structure of this college is quite affordable for the person who want to do engineering. For us 2018 pass out batch we have to pay 3.2 lac overall for 4 years of course. But i think if anyone who will be taking admission now in the college have to pay little more than us now.

The faculty of our college are well experienced excluding some. Most of them are interactive and friendly and guide us to solve our problems well. They teach us through projector or orally in which we are comfortable to study.
