It is a wonderful place to get your degree but the admission should have more criteria so gain better students and staff to make it a better place. Enjoying my three years in MCC.
Entrance Preview
The marks of 11th and 12th was considered as the criteria. no interview and the scope of advancing in financial sector was much expected and did look forward towards it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is bitter sweet.it has its merits and demerits like the staff is okay and very few are experienced. the lessons were made too boring and less practical know how. no research initiatives yet. yes there are electives like accounts and finance and general.
Internships Opportunities
a month of internship should be done.ie is december as it is part of the course curricular and a subject for the next sem. the experience will differ from place of work. and stipend will be varying from 3k-5k.
Placement Experience
the companies come have decreased year by year due to high demand and technology. the percentage has been around 40% and the pay also differs according to the role. the average pay for such jobs is 15k to 25k.
College Events
Commerce fest are held once in a year which invites other colleges as well as literary and cultural fest! the crowd attracted are nearly 7000. the college helps in conducting a great way, but more importantly its the efforts of the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
21000 per semester. includes exam fees too. and since i stay in hall it is an additional 5000p.m the money paid is worth eventually due to the wonderful campus and opportunities and the value of the degree achieved at the end of the year!
Fees and Financial Aid
yes the college provides internship for backward and minorities and other private institutions tie up with the college to provide so. no i did'nt get any scholarship so far. they provide loan with the help of IOB to students of low income families.
Campus Life
It participates in theatre and literary events apart from cultural events which is its main. Ample opportunities are given. the college grounds are used for such events held.
Hostel Facilities
yes i stay in a hall inside campus, it is a real part of the campus and conducts a lot of activities. the rooms offered are single and a separate block is there for pg's too. the food is okay but not so great but cheap. the per month charge is 5000.
Alumni/Alumna
the college has its own alumni network to connect the people and host such meets every 5years usually, they help in building campus and show love towards their college.
Exam Structure
no it was a nice place to practice and learn new skills and a better way to make students alive and energetic till the end of the day.
Faculty
its lost its standard like old times cause of management issues which is shown through the interactive lessons which are very rare and the teaching is much related to books.
