Remarks

My admission process is smooth. Although there are some entrance exams like WBJEE, JEE to be eligible. But I got admitted though management. We went directly to the collage for the detail information.

I choose Btech in CSE and AI. There is a very high scope in future for this type of candidate. And also my passion for computers motivated me for this course. Very qualified faculty and good teaching quality.

Companies like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys come here to offer jobs. Students can involve themselves in research with college or go through internships in top companies with the above-mentioned companies.

Placement Experience

Our placement records are good. Final year semester exams are very impotent for being eligible for campus placement. The highest package of placement is 20 lakhs per annum and the lowest one is 3 lakhs. Our avg package is 5 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

My admission fee is around 85000 and the avg semester fee is 75000. For my course, there is a state govt scholarship called Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Scholarship. We get 60000 per year for 4 years.

Campus Life

Techno collages are very famous for their fest and for the frequency of fests. Our college campus is really awesome. We have a big library with enough journals and books. We have multiple sports grounds.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
