Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have an interest in the core of engineering. Faculty members are good and experienced. They have a Ph.D. degree. I think for every 20 students there is a faculty available. Term exams are moderately hard.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are provided to only a few students. Companies such as Samsung, Phillips, etc provide internships. Roles offered are content development, data handling, circuit design, etc. The stipend is good and reassuring.
Placement Experience
For placements students from the 6th sem get a chance to sit. Companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, etc have visited our campus. The highest package was 47 LPA offered to 2 students, while the average was 10 LPA. Almost 80% of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is simple and fee hike happens rarely. The yearly tuition fee is around 1.5 lac, which is paid at the start of every semester. The scholarship is provided to those who are from weak economic backgrounds.
Campus Life
Campus life is quite average. The infrastructure is not so good. The annual fest happens in Sep-Oct every year. Classroom buildings are not good. The library is well-maintained and has collections of authentic books.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very normal. Every student gets a bed, an almirah, a table, and a chair. Mess food is not good and often has quality issues. Hostel registration is done on the college website. The hostel fee is 57000 per year which is quite affordable.
Admission
Admission is strictly based on Jee Main score and JOSAA/CSAB counseling. The application form is filled out on Jee website. The application fee for general candidates is Rs 650 per session. The admission process is quite good yet some delays could be avoided.
