Remarks

No i do not want to mension any other remarks for college . Only i can say that it is a good colleege with so called good placements.

Entrance Preview

I came here through Punjab state counselling .where i got selected on the basis of my jee marks. I choose this course because i was having interest in it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Whole syllabus is modified for practical studies.it is an autonomous college so it tries to make studies practical based.

Internships Opportunities

I have not done any internship till now but i have heard that the college provides internship at fourth semester and sixth semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

For computer science engineering it is more than 90%.for other branches of engineering it is more than 60%.so overall according to me its good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is little expensive but middle class family can afford. The basic fee is 50680 per sem with 10%increment by each year.

Faculty

Most of the faculties are experienced by more than 5 years. But some new faculties are also there . They interacts with the students on personal level .

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

Good College, Placement and Great Infrastructure and Facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

Good but jot enough

The admission process was quite easy , I had to visit the college with my 10-12 DMC and some personal identity verification photostat and 7 pictures of mine and the advance after they admit in their college was 10,000 and later when the session begin they took a clear fee of 45000 approx. The reservation benefits were not that much but the seats were ofcourse booked by the students before as they paid before for it. There is nothing like an extrance exam but is a scholarship test conducted on-line for locals to get some ressieson mentioned above. It is a noce easy experience tho....Read More
