A complete package for a good college.

The course offers great and vast knowledge in the field of computer science and the Internet of Things. IoT is a new field in the industry and is growing quickly, hence this course is a fine one to take. Subjects like embedded systems and advanced computer networks are also taught. The faculties are good, don't have any problem with any students. The faculty-student ratio is a little low, there were not enough teachers in the department to teach all subjects, so they canceled some subjects for a semester. Faculty is well equipped with knowledge but not everyone is a great teacher. Term exams are approximately every 1.5 to 2 months. Easy to pass the exams.

Internships are also great in this college, Many companies visit the campus for internships such as Google, Microsoft, sprinkler, etc. For internships, mostly tech companies come, and there are very less non-tech internships.

Placements at this college are very good. In terms of placements, this is one of the best colleges in the country. The median package of computer braches is 15Lpa-16Lpa. approx More than 200 companies visit the campus in placements. The highest package last year was about 1Cr. Almost everyone gets placed. Some students from the college also go for competitive exams and excel in them too, though they are very less.

Fees are a lot and it is increasing at a high rate every year. I'd suggest that if one is not getting any good branch in this college and wants to do btech, it's better to do it from any other college with fewer fees. Yes, there are scholarships, but for that, the annual income must be less than a certain value. there are multiple scholarships for the students.

Campus life is good. college has a green campus. The campus is happening, u can find something going on on the campus all the time at different places. The college hosts two amazing and famous fests, Moksha and Rezonance. The college has a big library in which almost every kind of book can be found. There are many clubs and societies in the college. Anyone can make their own society too. Many societies in college are very active, they organize many events in college. But some societies are not active at all.

To avail of any Btech course in NSUT, one has to take the JEE Mains examination. The admission process was smooth as everything was online. The documents were also verified only because of COVID at that time.
