My Opinion matters.

I have chosen this course because I had an interest in the Computer/ IT field since my childhood. Our faculty-student ratio is about 1:75 . There is a lesser qualification of the faculty in terms of their skills and teaching ability, That's what I've observed since now. And the exams were always about the ability of students to make remember the topics and theories. Teach us real-life useful skills regarding jobs and technical, practical knowledge as we are in the IT (soft) branch.

Currently, they had provided a summer internship at Tatvasoft company located in Ahmedabad. And for the main Internship after the 7th sem is in the bond of around 1-3 years with almost 6 months of training.

College is more than enough helpful for our placements and internships. Still, there are fewer campus applications for my hometown's company which is Surat. Most of the companies have packages around 3-5 lpa. And my plan is to pursue a higher degree after my bachelor's.

Fees are not higher for me because of the government college I study in. But still, the scholarship procedure is very poor for hostel fees and other reliefs. College doesn't help in providing scholarship even after 3-4 times visit to them. One can apply for government schemes.

Campus Life and Social life, clubs, and infrastructure are good. But still, I like it a little bit more because of my good friends and colleagues. Books and journals in the library are old, but we can find books for our course. Extracurricular activities and spots are there in college.

I didn't get the college's hostel due to criteria of Board percentage only. I live in other Hostel 2.5 km away from my college. Meal and menu of this hostel is 6/10. Registration process is merely troubleful. Because it's our castes kind of hostel. The locality is better otherwise.

There were mainly 2 types of admission seat process for students, First was (Board percentage+ Gujcet) and the Second one was which I had got with JEE seats allocated in college. There was the consultancy known as Pethani Group was responsible for all admission processes and information for us students. The improvement I want in the admission process is that they should diversify the seats of our Engineering as for that students get to select the individual field they wanted to pursue desperately. Because of limited fields, students end up getting the field in which they have less interest.
