The all-over experience in the college is great and i feel lucky to study in such a good campus. The campus is very vast. Campus is full of greenery and very much eco friendly. The college timing is also very much flexible the classes starts @ 8 am and comes to an end by 2 pm and enabling students to take up part time jobs after the college hours. I love SFS. HAIL DESALITES.

There was no kind of Entrance exam we had to meet the Principal Rev FR Christopher Crasta, after the person screening we had to attend a counciling through which staff would suggest us as to which course would be suitable for our carrier.

As per the course which I chose there is 3 divisions in it 1. Accounts 2. Finance & 3. Travel and tourism The institute not only sticks to theoretical knowledge but also tries to impart partical knowledge by conducting workshop, national seminars, soft skill course, etc. The institution not only focuses on academics but also encourages students to participate in co curricular activities. NCC National Cadet Crops of St Francis De Sales College is one of the best in BANGALORE A Group NCC Division Every year there are minimum of 4-8 cadets in national level camps like RDC, TSC, NIC, Army Attachment Camps etc. When is comes to sports St Francis de sales college women's football team stands 2nd in the BANGALORE UNIVERSITY SCORE BOARD, other than that college has its own GYM facilities.

Yes the college provides intership facilities to students who are interested in doing interns. I my self had worked with Aegis Ltd for a period of 6 months as an intern. It was great experience as i got a chance to meet many great people and experienced how it is to work after completing our studies. The average stipend amount is Rs 4800- Rs 6000 per Month.

As per my knowledge a student having no backlogs and having a minimum percentage of 65% can attend the campus placement. Annual around 60-70% of students gets placed through the campus placement. Major companies are TVS, INFOSYS, MYNTRA, TCS, CAPGEMINI, etc visit the campus as it located near electronics city one of the IT hub of bangalore. Average package offered is around 2.4 lakhs PA - 4.2 lakhs PA.

College conducts many cultural events namely 1.Prathiba inter college cultural fest 2.Razamtazz National level cultural fest 3.Prayan talents show 4.Inter collegiate sports fest 5.Contigent Fest for NCC 6. Many National level Seminars by different Departments These events are very organized under the leadership of the principal and vice principal the college contributes for all of the events and organizes them.

Fee for the first year amounts to Rs 42,000 i.e., 1st Semester and 2nd Semester For the second year it amounts to Rs 38,000 i.e., 3rd Semester and 4th Semester I am not sure as to what would be the final year fees as I'm still in second year. So the fees amount is divided as follows Tution fees:- 12,500 per semester Maintenance Fees:- 5000 per year Special Fees:- 4000 per year Optra fees :- 1000 per year Student Activity fees :- 1500 per year Library Fees:- 1250 per year Dep. Association Fees:- 250 per year

The allows students to avail scholarship through conducting DSAT examination the students getting 85% in this examination will be awarded scholarship. Apart from this college allows students to apply for general merit scholarship provided by Bangalore University. I have not availed any scholarships until now

Hostel facilities in available for boys they are sharing rooms I'm not sure about the rent or fees waived on it. Food facilities are good as it is provided by the canteen in the college itself.

Recently 5-6 of the alumni were given employment opportunity in the college itself we had interaction with them Rather then these 5-6 alumni we dint have any proper platform for students-alumni interaction.

Examination is conducted on regular intervals before facing the semester examination we undergo 2 examination conducted by the college as follows: 1. Internals & 2. Model Exam This examination is conducted so that college has a track on the student's academic knowledge. If the student doesn't meet the standard percentage he/she is given special care to improve thier percentage by conducting remedial classes. This process doesn't make us bored or tried as it made interesting by the faculty to take up these exams as a friendly battle among us. So we feel confident in facing the exams.

Faculties of St Francis De Sales College are very much specialized in thier core subjects which they teach they keep updating them self's to the current situations. One of the faculty named Dr Shantharaj (Dept of Kannada) is most friendly person in the whole campus he treats even the weakest student in the college like his friend and teachs them the subject number of times so that he/she can understand better but when it comes to Discipline he is firm in his beliefs. Next faculty Lt Sampath Kumar R (Dept of BA) he also is the ANO of the NCC Division in the college. Very Kind Hearted supportive, Has good leadership quality. Most of the faculty in the college are very friendly and try to maintain a friendly and smooth environment in the campus
