Remarks

College is good , but it requires more free atmosphere for for the future building engineers. More facilities like seperate dance hall, sports club should be there to enhance overall quality of students

Entrance Preview

Sometimes the phases in life,brings you to the destiny you never imagined!! I came to RCPIT by giving CET, And it was my 2 phase of school. Engineering can be done in form of school came to know in RCPIT. Overall. Clg is good but students require more freedom not boredom. Studies are important same time extra curricular activities should be there to relax a frustrated mechanical engineer

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall practical learning is less, research oriented learning needs uplifting and more project work and field work is needed

Internships Opportunities

Presently the internship awareness is started by clg. Several workshop are arrange for placement students. Online session with QEEE are also held to improve students knowledge

Placement Experience

Only TCS is the company which favour the clg placement and mostly there are not more companies offering jobs. The amount of fees they take from students and the type of advance technology they have,must attract other companies also for campus recruitment

Fee Structure And Facilities

It becomes heavy for open category (INR 110000),and for OBC it is 60000. Also college gives freeship scholarship through which students can get half of their tuition fees back through some official process.

Hostel Facilities

Good Rooms, food quality is waste for money

Exam Structure

We are used to exams as we face 4 preliminary exams(credits test) in every semester

All the facilities are well qualified and interactive all faculties are ME ,Mtech and mechanical staff is really helpful

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

I have applied to lot of colleges like K.K wagh institute of technology, COEP but due to some circumstances I have taken admission in this college because this college is near by my hometown .
