Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is thoroughly designed. covering a wide range of topics relevant to my course. The faculty members are knowledgeable and experienced which enhances the quality of education. the faculty and student ratio will be balanced. The teaching method was engaging and effective. over the faculty and course is a mix of strengths and some areas of improvement.

There are many big companies like razer pay, Qualcomm, amazon Flipkart, and Microsoft that are providing summer paid internships that enhance students to be export in their field. the students who got an intern ships also got full-time job opportunities.

Placement Experience

The college placement is quite good, this year the highest package of 85 lahks is offered to a student, there are many big companies visiting the campus, and no of jobs offered is quite more than the no of students applied for.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is reasonable considering the quality of education. the institute support scholarship, financial assistance, and college jobs to support the students financially. Overall students will not face any financial issues. some names of scholarships are stated post matric scholarship, national scholarship, ONGC scholarship, and others.

Campus Life

The campus is very very beautiful, and life on campus is vibrant and engaging, with fulfilling experiences. the annual fest INNOVISION takes place in november month offering a platform for technical innovation. the library is well stoke with lots of books approx 10000-12000 books. the classroom is equipped with modern amenities, facilities, and effective learning.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility provides a comfortable living environment. there are my indoor sports facility are inside the hostel common room. the gym is also there and a music room is also there, the hostel food is very good .and the hostel rooms are double seater.

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

The admission process for my course involves the application process. I took an entrance exam, which has a specific application form available on the official website. the application fee was reasonable and the date for submission was clearly mentioned. eligibility criteria was well defined and there were reservation benefits for those who are from selected categories like SC,ST, etc. personally, I found the application process is quite comprehensive and relevant to my field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
