I like the campus and the vibe of the college
I love the garden of my college and it's maintenance
I love my faculty and every single member of faculty

Dislikes

Sports maintanence are very poor some of the items are missing from common room
Wifi are not working properly and are very slow

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose MBA with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing. My faculty is I think the best faculty in the college. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders. The exam is conducted every 6 months by the semester's end.

My college provides internships every year and I am currently doing an internship provided by my college which is in iilogitron technologies private limited company. My internship domain is a social media marketing

Placement Experience

My college is providing placements and from 3rd semester we are eligible for placement. The average package provide was 400000/year. Almost 80% of students got placed last year. My plan is to get placed in college in a reputed company

Fees and Financial Aid

My fee structure was 210000 for the first year and 190000 for the second year and I got a 20% scholarship with my admission. I got an education loan through Bihar DRCC and the loan amount was 400000 which was given by the Bihar government

Campus Life

The campus is very good and my college has organised an annual event named maJIStic. most of the books are available in the library and some are not. Sports activities are also good. But maintenance of sports can be better

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is very poor so the warden. She didn't took any action for any offend by juniors.there is no respect maintain by warden for seniors.food quality is very poor. Sometime there are insects found in food

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

Admission

I took admitted to JIS College of Engineering through an agent. And the process was smooth and I got a 20% scholarship scheme with my admission to the course named Master of business administration in Finance and Marketing

The placement record in my college is preety good. 80-90% students are already placed this year. Average package is around 9.5lpa. Companies like ICICI, KPMG, PWC, Vedanta, Mother Dairy and so many are coming for recuiting students.

Placement is a race here. Handfull of good companies with good roles will come but they take good chunk of students. So be prepare for that and don't worry about getting good companies, here many companies offers better packages than those good companies.

Placements are good sometimes but not exactly sure because some batches are not placed somes are placed or somes are not then they trying to get placement for own if i talk about the percentage of placement then i would say 60% not 100%,for 3rd semester students are eligible for placement & one terms is here that is 75% attendance is mandatory for getting placement, i have visited 3-4 companies & they offer 3.7-4 lpa package,my plan after getting the degree, firstly i looking for a company around 4-5lpa package then i started to develop my self

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Placement Experience:

Till now I am seeing in my own eyes that in previous year, there is a 270 student in marketing and now right now the 15 student left to place and rest of the team are already placed to a many companies like ENYF Flipkart in Bandan Bank ICICI bank in a mini sector in FMCG also and FMCT also, but and retail, but I told that the ratio of placement is too higher than other college and also giving the good package is. The main thing with the job rule should be maintain the package.

I choose this college because this college was good in among all the average colleges in West Bengal leaving the top colleges. The placement is also good. So for all this reason I choose this college. I wanted to go for heritage but my name didn't came in cutoff.
