UEMK honest review by a second year student

The placement in the CSE course in recent times is very high and it is now an in-demand course in our digital world, Besides I have an interest in computers, coding, programming, and web development. So, this is the main reason why I chose the course. The faculty ratio in our college is very good, there are so many faculties for the same subject, that it is almost a 30:1 ratio. The faculties are very well qualified, all of them come from renowned colleges, top degree teachers and maximum have Ph.D. degrees and many of them studied in IITs or other top colleges. Every one and a half months, there is a term exam and the difficulty of those papers depends on the question seter sometimes it is easy and sometimes tough but if you follow the class you definitely can answer those questions easily.

You can apply to any companies where you have expertise in your field and you will get a stipend. I have just appeared in 2nd year so can tell those projects but projects are very important in your internship as well as placement and college will help their best to make us the best.

You can sit in campus placement from 3rd year and so many renowned companies come to our college during placement time, Among them the mass recruiters are tcs, Capgemini, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, HBC, PWC, Adobe and almost every student got one offer many of them got 2 or 3. This year's highest package offer is 33 lakh and the average package is around 4.5 lakh.

Our college fees per semester are 75k, So, in the 8th semester it's around 6lakh+ but this year I came to know that fees are hiked by 10k but in today's world if you can give 6-7 lakh in your 4-year BTech course from a well-renowned college, this will absolutely worth it. You can also apply for college scholarships if you have 90% marks both 10 and 10+2 you can apply for it. You can apply Swami Vivekanand scholarship which is provided by the state government if your family members are non-government employees.

You can find the campus is a little bit smaller than other colleges only big buildings. There are so many fests in our college likewise tech fest, cultural fest, food fest lots of fests and the library is always open to all the types of books you can find here. 24×7 available for the Library. All classrooms have a projector.. teacher presents their ppt while studying. You can have fun while the teacher giving the lecture and they are so friendly. Lots of extracurricular activities sports many things and so many clubs such as coding clubs, music clubs, dance clubs, etc. are run by the students.

First of all, you have at least 70% grades in your 10+2 boards. After all our college takes an entrance exam test called IEMJEE. You can sit for it if you qualify then you can directly addmission to this college. You can fill up the application form for this entrance test online IEM website, Just search IEMJEE and the first site takes you to the application form. The application form starts in February or March and here are also seat reservation benefits, you can reserve your seat before any entrance exam or board.
