I chose this course because I have an interest in computer science and engineering. The faculty are so good they always going to help us. They teach very well. But our college exam going to be tough. You should always work hard for the exam teacher is going to help you. They are so generous. And hod is great. Here is a full study environment.

Internships Opportunities

90% of students get internships because there are many supportive teachers and seniors. So everyone get internship. But you have to study atleast you have to give your best. You get stipen like 50 and 60 thousand per month.

Placement Experience

The average placement is 10 lakh. Like 100 students get a package of 7 or 8lakh. You don't have to imagine that every single person gets a job. This is the best college for placement the company came like Accenture, tcs, Infosys, American Express, and many other

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Hey..I am Md Zafar and currently I am an undergrad Student in BBIT college Btech CSE(2nd year)2022-26 batch. So first talk about the admission procedure : there are two ways to get into this college for btech admission is by JEE and WBJEE entrance exam. Ok taking account of these exam ranks you can take admission into this college and the average rank for CSE branch by WBJEE is under 20-25k. One another way you can also take admission is by direct contacting the institution in the admin block of the college and they will suggest you the vacancy of seats in respective branch from there you can also take the admission..and there are also reservation for domicile students who are west bengal residential and also tfw certificate is also applicable in this college if you are a tfw candidate and have a proper documentation then you can take this benefit also....Read More
