BIT and Production at a glance

My home is close to this college and also its name is also famous which led me to choose this college and I was getting only this particular branch so I took this course. in our branch, 60 students are handled by at least 3 faculty members. All the professors are PHD scholars, and some of them are also from well-known institutes such as IITs. The exams are very close every month you either have quizzes or semester exams as the semester is only for 4 months, In order to make the exam easier they have quizzes for 10 marks which can be scored easily sometimes. But due to the quizzes, students don't get free time to do other things.

I haven't researched much about internships here but whenever I talked to my seniors they told me that getting placements in lower branches is not that easy as there are very limited companies who select you and you need a very high CGPA as you are also competing with a students of higher branches, so overall getting placement here is a rough job but not impossible

From 3rd year internship starts and placement are done mostly in the final year highest package I remember was 19 lakh (not sure) 92% placement was recorded as per last year stats which is the highest in any branch

The fee structure is expensive if we think of the facilities that they are providing. they have scholarships for students scoring above 8.5 in semester exams and also to the reserved category. Getting a scholarship here is not that easy but I personally have met the students who have got the scholarship so they are real.

Life is good, you are confined to the walls of campus as there is nothing outside it is very far away from the main city so you have to think many times before doing anything. There is a library which contains many books but there were some times I wasn't able to find some famous books so I can't tell you for sure. The classroom is provided with air conditioners obviously and they also have a projector for visual aid. Sports here are good as they do promote sports activities they give ground to organize inter-club/inter-hostel tournaments and have no financial support to a sports club.

I got admission from JEE exam and it took only 3-4 hours to complete the process of admission, there is a CAT hall in the main building where you can find staff or there is an announcer who announces all the procedures, as soon as you enter the hall you will understand it is an easy process. The hall has a small capacity sometimes it gets full they need to add more seats or they can simply change the area of admission.
