Course Curriculum Overview

I like to become a software engineer so I choose this course. Faculties are good in the campus there are sufficient faculties in the campus. They are good at teaching and they help you in every situation where you need them. There are 4 years of course every year you have to appear 4 exams two are internal and another two are semester. It's not very difficult to pass.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

You have to take an internship off campus. The college did not provide any type of internship to the students. You have to find the internship programs and you have to join them but you have to take the permission of the college.

Placement Experience

Placement comes to the college after the 7th semester. You have to clear all your branch papers to apply for this. In the college Mechanical and CSE branch placement opportunities are good. So these 2 branches are good for joining this institution.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college offers a transparent and competitive fee structure that caters to diverse students. The overall cost of attendance encompassing tuition, fees, and living expenses is reasonable as compared to another. Also, there is a good scholarship opportunity when you get 65% above in your 10th and 12th board exams.

Campus Life

There is two times big festival in a year, one annual function and another big fest in the college. The campus of the college is average not very big but it's good for normal work. On the campus, it provides a cricket ground to practice. In the college, there are 4 big cricket matches held in a year. And one annual sport.

Hostel Facilities

The Hostel room size is good for 5 students. And it's comfortable to live. In the room, they will provide you with fans, beds, a study table, etc. The meal is average quality not very good. But manageable. When you are college admission it's mandatory to live in a college hostel.

Hostel Fee: INR 1000 per year

Admission

For the admission process 1st you have to take the JEE main exam and after that, you can be admitted to the college by applying for it. You can contact our college to fill out the application. It's a very good college for engineering you can apply for this college through college websites.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
