Remarks

Overall my experience being here is good. As the environment and the students are friendly to each other. The infrastructure is good and the college surrounded with greenery all around.

Entrance Preview

I had to appear for an entrance exam called CET held on Maharastra state level. My scores were not at all good and hence landed getting KGCE based in rural area of Raigad district.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is pretty good. The College is affiliated to Mumbai University and hence the complete curriculum is according tp the University notice. There are no extra Initiatives taken by the college for our concept clearance.

Internships Opportunities

As there are no placements, there won't be any expectations of internship opportunities too. No internships are offered by the college. The college is only for those who dont score good in their HSC and Entrance exam.

The placements here are worst. As the college is situated in the rural parts of Mumbai City there are no companies visiting our college

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is a bit lesser than the other college in Mumbai. Its quite expensive with all the necessary facilities but lacks behind in providing quality education.

Faculty

The faculties here are good, helpful and kind hearted. They are well qualified holding MS in their subjects. Few of then seens to be persuing their phd's.

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
