Remarks

On particular, I don't want to put a remark on this college. But the college should improve its placement ratings since there is a high demand of it.

Entrance Preview

Entrance examinations are not there. Admissions are open on the basis of intermediate standard percentage. There was a counselling procedure opted.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum strictly follows the prescribed syllabus of Ranchi University. Practical learning is not focused here much.

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are almost negligible here. College doesn't seem concerned much about it. They do arrange some training programs but.

Placement Experience

Placements are there with many companies here. The opportunity is made open at the end of the course academic year. The last year placement was not good enough.

College Events

Events are randomly organised here in our campus. Orientation sessions, guest lectures are common here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is somewhat high from my view. For the other colleges here the fee is around 30 thousand but we are supposed to pay 42 thousand every year.

Scholarships are given to all the meritorious students of the Semester exams.

Campus Life

Many intercollege fests, expos, exhibitions are organised here. Students do get opportunity.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good. They are spacious and comfortable.

Seniors from this college are many. The college never called them on interaction sessions.

Exam Structure

Exams are yearly taken twice. In between we do have assessment tests too.

Faculty

The faculty members are well qualified. Talking about their way of content delivery, it is good and they normally clear doubts of all the students.

Great campus life in Jamshedpur

Course Curriculum Overview:

Okay, the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is very specific with the subjects that you Learned in this course. It prepares students for real-world applications and further academic pursuits. They teach you cost accounting, financial management, and HRM, which are very important in companies. The improvements can be done in the course curriculum and teaching methods that infuse real-life examples and also practical Questions and practical Situations to make student Corporate ready And you have to do an industrial visit so that students can know How Real life Actual Company works.

I choose Bcom because I have interest in the accounting sector , it helps me in the real life , currently I am working in the accounting sector . The exams timings was not much good, It has to be improved, the 1 st sem exam was held after 1 year of admission and afterthat next sem was taken earlier.

A focused and affordable education hub

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum of guru nanak College dhanbad is quite good and revelant as per the university pattern .it covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps in understanding the subject deeply .the syallabus is updated time to time according to latest trends, which makes it useful for higher studies and competitive exam also. The subject are arranged in a proper way semester wise so students don't feel much pressure .exam are held regularly,mostly at the end of each semester and internal tests are also taken for practice.the difficult level of exams is moderate,not very hard if you study regularly

Placement Experience:

Students from semester 3 are eligible to sit for campus placement. There are even some companies which ask for fresher where student of any semester can apply. The specialised course like CA CS MBA has more placement opportunities. Many companies visits like GARNIER, TCS, GOVERMENT COMPANY _JHALSA. recently around 20 Students are selected in TCS with pacakage of INR 3Lakhs . There is no percentage requirements. Every particular can sit for campus placements. It depends on their skill and ability to impress the interviewers so that they can be placed. Basically there is Group discussion(GD) round and personal interview (PI)round which after qualifying one can get placed in the companies.

A Modest College Life , Learning & Limitations

Placement Experience:

This College provides campus placement, but only a few companies come, only 2 or 3. From the 5th or 6th semester, students are eligible for the campus placement. The average package of my college is 3.57 LPA & the highest is 7 LPA. My plan is to appear for banking after completion of my degree.

Best College Nirmala College Ranchi.

I had applied in two colleges. One is Nirmala college and other is Gossenor college Ranchi. Girls college

Before I was applied for gossner college I was influenced by the college is very big and area was also very good. But there fees structures was very high .
