I have chosen the course because in recent times the field of information and technology jobs has been expanding and is capable of sustaining a better future. It also teaches alot about the engineering field and management of time. The faculty-to-student ratio in our college is 5:100. The faculty is highly qualified. They are well-experienced teachers who have post-graduated(M.TECH) from government engineering colleges such as NIT and IITs.They teach in a very good manner by describing every topic by board and through powerpoint presentations. The term exams are held every 2 months and semester exams are after every 6 months the question difficulty level in term exams is standard and we can easily pass it by learning the notes and attending classes.

The students become eligible for campus placements after the sixth semester and preparations are done right from 1st year itself. The names of the companies visited are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Mindtree, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. and the number of offers made is above 1336. The number of companies visited is 79 and the highest package is 72 LPA by a USA-based company the average package is 6 LPA and the number of profiles shared is 1336. The percentage of students getting placed is above the 85 percentile. My plans after getting the degree are to get a high-profile job in a reputed corporate company and also to enhance my skills.

The total fee structure of our course is Rs.6,21,000 and we have to pay a fee of Rs.75000 every semester. There is a hike in fees for students admitted in the year 2023 and their semester fee is Rs.75000. There is a scholarship of Rs10,000 for students who have achieved 90% marks in their class 10th and 12th board exams. There are placement opportunities on our campus and as a second-year student, I am not applicable for it. The average package is 6LPA and 621 students were placed last year.

The annual fest in our college is Ecstacia and it is held usually in the month of March the tech fest is called Ureckon and it is held in the month of February. The library is very advanced and essential books according to our curriculum are easily available and journals are also published here. The classrooms are very spacious and wifi facilities are available in each classroom. The labs in our college are air-conditioned and the devices are modern and well equipped.

the eligibility of the course is to have a minimum of 80% marks in class 10th class and 75% marks in 12th and WBJEE should be within 5000. The application form is on the uem.edu.in website and the entrance test taken for students is IEMJEE. The application fees of IEMJEE are nil and application dates are 14th May 2023, and also in April and May months. There are no such benefits for reservation as seats are available for all categories of students. The admission process is totally fair and nothing should be changed in it.
