I choose BCA because India is a thriving IT industry and BCA offers a broad foundation in computer Science and application also it's a 3-year programme which will give you a well-positioned career in the field of software development, web development and any other computer-centric field also in comparison to B.TECH it s more affordable and value provided course in the current scenario you can easily opt for masters in computer application(MCA) afterwards. The faculty of the BCA programme is really very good they have knowledge of their HOD sir and other Faculty members are really masters of their field every teacher is Maters in their educational background their teaching style is also good also student crowd and ratio is good as IMSUC is popular for its BCA and BBA programme so you will find more crowd from these courses. as far as about the exam schedule the college is affiliated with ccsu it follows the exam schedule there are two semesters in an academic year and an internal in each sem.

From second semester onwards you can get placement opportunities many companies visit the campus you have to be active on your emails and ERP to grab opportunities and yes honestly many students get multiple offers it all depends on your programming and communication skills some of them grab high as 18 LPA and some got average as 6 LPA many students get placement but some opt for their higher studies as i do

The fees of the institution are slightly on the higher side and every year new students have to pay hiked fees but in the course, you will get a laptop and free transportation is also covered in the fees and for the students who got good marks in their 12th will get some percentage of fees relaxation termed as a type of scholarship along with that you can also apply for the state level scholarship programmes and education loan there are clubs in the college who provide you with the opportunity to earn while learn so overall as a student you can make few bucks also.

There are many fests like pulse which is a very famous one and others are like film festivals for the BCA programme student the most awaited fest is a hackathon where you can flex your coding skills also along with them farewell freshers and many other fests are organised time to time there is also sports day organised annually many clubs operated by students like AI ML Club Desktop app club and IT Club. in the library almost every book you need for your course is available. In the Classroom, the seats are my favorite they are comfortable and adjustable also the classes are loaded with projectors.

For the Admission in BCA programme, students must have passed the 12th also the students who are waiting for their 12th result can apply for admission. the simple criteria for the BCA programme is you should have Maths in your High School from any stream Science/Commerce etc. and must have obtained 45% marks overall for the General/OBC and 45% for ST/ST students. The addmission enquiry form can be filled out online from the website easily available or by visit you have to obtain the admission form from the admission cell then you have to meet the admission counsellor and on the basis of your interaction and merit admission will be confirmed but i think the admission process can be more flexible if the forms are directly available online and free to fill.
