Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the course due to my keen interest in the field of Mechanical engineering. The faculty-to-student ratio of the college is around 1:10.! faculty for 10 students. The Faculty here are highly qualified and most of them are Ph.D. holders from various reputed institutes like NITs and IITs.Their teaching method is vibrant and most of the time filled with a wide range of knowledge. Midsem exams were held 2 times within a gap of 2-3 months and sem exams two times with a gap of 3-4 months between two sem. Exams are pretty average difficulty as the papers were made by the faculty being an Autonomous institute.
Internships Opportunities
there are many internship and full-time offers from companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, L&T Mercedes, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Powers, and TCS There are many projects that are done by students under our faculty which are approved by governments also man hacakathons were held and won by our college students.
Placement Experience
from around the second year, the students are eligible for internships and are supported by the faculties for it. Recently for the Years 22-23 highest placement was offered by Amazon of around 47lpa full-time role and 3 internships in Amazon for 6 months. For cse and circuital branches, the package is around 6-7lpa for core it's around 5-6lpa there is 100% placement in core branches and for circuital it's around 85-90%. Most of the students get a job after btech others go for MBA or mtech.
Fees and Financial Aid
fees are totally affordable and good in comparison to a government institute around 45k per yr for NTFW students 80k for SSC course students and around 23-24k for TFW students. The hike is around 1000 per year not constant may vary. Hostel fees are around 28k for regular boarders ntfw and 12-15k for TFW students. there are many scholarship and financial assistant from dsw dean of Student Welfare for sc/ST categories and student study loan.
Campus Life
Life in college has been quite good for me till now as I was able to expand my friend circle quite big with good and knowledgeable people. The annual tech fest is called Vassaunt and the cultural fest's name is Smavesh. This year 2023 it happened all together Vassunt X Samaveh. For a total of three days, Assesh Kaur famous singer came to perform. Classrooms are well furnished and have 24/7 electricity and each classroom has a smart board. There are many sports clubs and ncc nss clubs active on our campus. There are many technical and nontechnical clubs in our college like Enigma,litsoc, veers racers, and Robotics to name some. These are run by students and funded by the college recently Veers Racers the Automobile club was sponsored by KTM.
Admission
admisson I took the Jee mains exam which was held by Nta every year. The candidate rank should be around 7lakh and below for a better branch in my college he should have no backlogs in +2. Application forms fees and date queries are available on the Ojee site for admission during the admission time period also there is a portal and the college's own site for various information. There are many reservations available for SC/ST, OL, and government school students I myself availed of the OL category benefits. The Process is smooth and faster and could be done better with More awareness during the information-sharing period.
